Bugisu Community Integrated Development and Empowerment Initiative (BUCIDE Initiative) is a registered non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth, women and persons with disabilities in Mbale City and surrounding communities.
We work at the grassroots level to address real challenges — gaps in education, limited health access, youth unemployment, gender inequality and child protection concerns — through practical, community-led solutions that create lasting change.
